A Year of Fashion in my Garden

Spring:

This is the time when plants awaken from their winter sleep and blossom appears on the trees as if by magic.

I like to wear my spring green hat for this time of year; it has a little ladybird on it as insects are also beginning to wake up along with the plants.

Summer:

As the weather gets warmer all the flowers come into full bloom and the garden is ablaze with colour.

For my summer wear I like to dress in my special daisy hat to complement all the pretty flowers.

Autumn:

Is the time when the leaves change their colour and fall from the trees and fruit is ready for harvesting.

Upon my brown autumnal hat there is an array of leaves and acorns to signify the change of season.

Winter:

Is a cold time of year when the plants go to sleep to rest ready for the spring, only the evergreens stay awake to witness the snow.

At this time of year I put on my colourful woolly hat and scarf to brighten up the white winter snow and to keep me warm and cozy.

What NOT to Wear ...

What to wear - experiences of a travelling bear

gregSpeaking of travelling my experience of exactly missing the clothes that I’ve left behind comes to my mind. It’s raining and the only stuff you get out of your suitcase is your bathing-trunks, not your rainwear!

Before I travelled around Canada’s western regions last year, my humans told me not to put lots of clothes into my rucksack. British Columbia in September? I decided to wear warm stuff during the trip and not to add more than a long sleeved shirt. But the Big Bear God Mother Doris must have been in an excellent mood: she sent blue skies, sunshine and summer temperatures! I was nearly cooking under all these layers of cloth. The humans bought themselves very nice Canadian shirts with short sleeves, but for me: nope! It all ended up for me in only wearing… my pure fur with turned round jeans legs. Oh bear, I felt so embarrassed!

Top Bearmani Model - Burnadette

Some of you are wondering about Burnie’s relationship to Snuffy Bearmani. Well, it’s quite an interesting story I will share with you.
Some of our friends founded the fabulous website for free and secure fofurrie inter-net activities: Fofurree Central. Since then we are a growing little community. I met many new, interesting friends there. One of them is Snuffy, the multiple talented bear genius from Nova Scotia. We became very good buddies and therefore I just popped up to his human’s website to have a look to his offers. Apart from very nice bear stuff and exqui-site tents astonishing teddy bears were offered. Some of them have been bear girls, all hand made by Snuffy’s female servant.
It was love at the first sight, when I looked at a polar bear girl sitting on a sofa. Her name was ‘Burnadette’. Stunned like a sleepwalker my paw went to the ‘buy’ button ordering this amazing bear beauty.
To feel her more at home I added one of the offered bear sized tents, too.
You’re asking who was going to pay. Oh, I never worried about those unimportant facts. What are credit cards for? Right, for payments. Only a small obstacle remained… I don’t own one. But being a clever bear, and bears ARE always clever, I simply used my human’s (mum’s) visa card.
